It measures in length 18 1/2 inches from clasp end to clasp end.
On the clasp ring on the end is stamped "925" along with the artists signature, which is also the same as on the Zuni necklace and earring set I have for sale.
Zuni are famous for inlaid work, while Navajo are well known for silver work and larger stone work, as is the Hopi Nation famous for their own unique style. But a lot of artists also interchange pieces to make that one unique piece of craftsmanship that you can treasure for many lifetimes.
This piece also comes in a velvet box case to protect this wonderful piece of craftsmanship.
The lighting conditions in which the photos were taken gave a reflection which made the necklace look immensely tarnished which is not the case. As it does have some tarnished areas mainly where the conchos are overlaying each other, it could easily be remedied with silver polish, of which I ran out of!
