These crystal candle holders measure 3 3/4 inches across and 3/4 of an inch high. The center hole for the taper candle measures 7/8 of an inch.
When I ran my finger around the rims to check for chips I did find one on the top of the ruffle. When looking at the holder, you can not see it, and the only way you know there is a chip is when you do physically run your fingers across it.
